Conference Attendee Substitutions
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute someone else to attend in their place. Attendee substitutions can be requested by emailing info@the-its.org
Conference Attendee Refund Policy
Cancellations made in writing and received by the applicable date set forth below may result in a refund as follows:
- Cancellations received on or before March 31, 2025, can get a full refund, less a $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations received between April 1, 2025, and April 15, 2025, can receive 50% of the original registration, less a $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations received after April 15, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute someone else to attend in their place.

Vendor Booth Staff Substitutions
If a vendor booth staff is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute someone else to attend in their place. A substitution can be requested by emailing info@the-its.org.
Vendor and Sponsor Refund Policy
Cancellations made in writing and received by the applicable date set forth below may result in a refund as follows:
- Vendors and Sponsors, a 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received by March 31, 2025.
- Cancellations received after March 31, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
